Expert Garage Door Services in Gaillardia, OK
Every Gaillardia job starts at the gate. Because this is a gated community, we confirm entry arrangements with you when we book so the technician or install crew is not held up at the entrance. Inside, the work is usually on larger homes with more than one garage door, and as a garage door company that handles installation, repair, and opener work, we take care of all of them in a single scheduled visit where possible.
Getting to Gaillardia and What That Means for Your Job
Trotter Overhead Door operates from Edmond, and Gaillardia in far northwest Oklahoma City is within our regular service area. Gated access affects scheduling more than distance does. Let us know what the entrance requires, whether that is a name on a list, a vehicle description or a code, and give us a phone number in case the crew needs to reach you. For new installations, we also ask whether your HOA has work-hour rules so the old door can be removed and the new one installed on the same day.
Garage Door Work Around Gaillardia Boulevard
Homes along Gaillardia Boulevard and the surrounding streets tend to be large, custom-built houses, and three-car garages or a double door paired with a single are common. Matching doors across several openings takes planning. Panel design, color, window layout, and hardware need to line up so the front of the house reads as one design. Wide doors are also heavier, which affects spring sizing and opener choice, so we size torsion springs to the actual weight of each door.
What We Bring to Every Gaillardia Job
Our OKC door installation crews remove the old door, install the new door and hardware, then test and adjust everything before leaving. New installations carry a 1-year labor warranty plus the manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty on door sections and parts. For openers, we install LiftMaster as the only LiftMaster Factory Authorized ProVantage Dealer in Oklahoma, which gives you factory-backed warranty support on the unit.

About Gaillardia
Gaillardia is a gated golf community in northwest Oklahoma City, built around Gaillardia Country Club. Homes are generally large and newer than much of the housing in central Oklahoma City, and many fall under HOA architectural guidelines. Those guidelines can cover door color, window styles, and materials, so it pays to check them before choosing a new door.
Visiting Our Showroom From Gaillardia
Gaillardia homeowners planning a new door can visit our showroom at 14000 North Santa Fe Ave., Edmond, OK 73013, Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5pm. Seeing full-size doors makes it easier to judge how a color or panel style will look across a wide, multi-door front. After the visit, we come to the house to measure each opening before the order is placed.
